Mind you, this is a loongggg entry to be read. Hehehe, a weekend trip scrammed into an entry, boley lah kan? ^___^
Last weekend, my girls & I went to Penang, to celebrate the wedding of our dear dear friend, Kak Ita & her groom, Abg Nazri.
Kak Ita is the second among us to wed, after Huda & hubby Rejab, so the excitement is a super adrenaline rush, ishh ishhh, siries kitorang excited!
Aishah, Liza & I gerak from KL friday nite after work. Gerak around 8.30pm, and that was after almost an hour driving bumper to bumper nak masuk highway.. iskkk iskkk,nak masuk highway pon kene beratur tau! !____!
We arrived at Taiping around midnight and spent the nite at Liza's house. See, itu lah bestnye bile ade kawan duk kat tepeng, free lodging, pasni rumah mak mertua lak yer Elya,teeteeheeee! =p
Saturday morning, lepas perut masing-masing isi minyak dengan kue teow & cucur udang gile best tak hengatnye, (time kaseh mak cik! ^____^ ) we gerak to Penang, around 11.30am.
Budget nak sampai awai lah kan, boley makan first, pastu bile org start datang, boley buat2 join lagik, pastu bile nak balik, makan lagik, hehehe,buruk perangai tau korang duorang nih!
Owh dear, lupe lak!
Memandangkan encek razmin saye masih lagi cuti-cuti malaysia kat taiping terchenta, die pun angkat tangan nak join same lah kan pi Penang, amik die kat rumah die, 3minit je dari umah Liza, as they always call each other "oghang kampung". =)
Sampai Seberang Jaya around 12.45, serbuan pertama, khemah makan-makan lah! ^____^ Okeh, layan gambar dulu yer,pastuh kite cite lagik!

Depa habaq; "ni lah pakat kumpui anak menakan, anak sepupu semua jadi flower girls" hehehe..
The five of us were classmates for almost ALL subjects during our younger years at UIA (sekarang pun mudee lagi..heeeee)
Bee & me with the yellowy pengantin. Saayaaanggg Kak Ita, congrats to both of u! Muaacckkss!Right after the wedding, all of us decided nak jalan-jalan around Penang. It was already 3pm at that time, panas terik amat, tapi nakkkk jugakkk jalan2 kan! And of course, us being us, the-kaki-jalan-pusing-keliling, kitorang dah siap-siap bawak baju nak tukar dulu, Bee pun same, pandaii ekkk..hehe..
All of us in 3 cars, decided nak gi Georgetown, ye lah kan, mane lagik! =p
And,
sebagai satu-satunya insan yang dah lameeee gile tak naek feri (last time darjah 2 okeyyy), cik Elya kita telah menghasut semua orang utk naek FERI dan hasutan telah berjaya, yeayy!^____^ sukeeeee!
All of us in 3 cars, decided nak gi Georgetown, ye lah kan, mane lagik! =p
And,
sebagai satu-satunya insan yang dah lameeee gile tak naek feri (last time darjah 2 okeyyy), cik Elya kita telah menghasut semua orang utk naek FERI dan hasutan telah berjaya, yeayy!^____^ sukeeeee!
Time kaseh ye kawan-kawan sume sebab layan saye yang jakun neh,hehehe...

The Penang Bridge (kejakunan saye nombor 2, heeee)
Maybe Bee was thinking "hiasshhh..cuti nak abeh dah...tak lama lai nak kena naek kapai..." heeeee...The ferry took us around 30minutes to arrive at the Island jetty.
From there, we sesat sesat dalam bandar for half an hour, singgah Queensbay Mall jap nak solat, tunggu another friend to join us, and thank God die orang Kulim so die amatlah arif jalan-jalan dalam Penang neh kan! Thank you Kak Hajar! You saved us the trouble! ^_____^
Kak Hajar led us to the Campbell Street Mall, a very very exotic & historic place, ala ala Chinatown, banyak kedai makan yang best! We had our early dinner at one of the eateries there, makan local nasi beriyani, murtabak & pasemboq, SEDAP sangat!
Kedai ape ntah, lupe lak nak amik tau sebab dah excited sangat snap gambar sana sini,hehe.. I admire the street so so much!

Ahhh....the romantic rainbow never fails to impress me......After dah kenyang, all of us, to be exact, 14 of us walked to Chowrasta, a local market that sells all the famous jeruk-jeruk like the ever famous buah pala, salak, mangga, etc. I also wanted to go to this one bookstore yang jual novels at the cheapest price you can get tapi most of the shops dah tutup dah, since we were there dah pukul 8 lebey... =(

Bee & I were so excited to find that there's this one shop where we stopped by to buy the jeruk-jeruk which uses the Milo tin hanging on the air to keep the money for change.
So if nak amek duit, the Uncle needs to let go the tali tied at one big rock balancing the Milo tin so the Milo tin will fall down, and that is super cool!
I remembered having the chance to experience the same thing when I was little at arwah Tok Ki's house, where the Uncle at his shop next to arwah Tok Ki's house also used the same method!
So if nak amek duit, the Uncle needs to let go the tali tied at one big rock balancing the Milo tin so the Milo tin will fall down, and that is super cool!

Bee & the Milo tin, is excited, hehehe..So, after dah beli all the food stuff, it's time to jalan-jalan beli souvenirs.
We went to the nite flea market at Batu Feringghi, almost similar to Petaling Street but the prices are nothing the same! Imagine, for DVDs (of course pirated lah), only RM4 per movie and you will jimat giler if beli TV siries, only RM8 per season, how's that?! ^____^ For music CDs, it's only RM4 too.
So being generous (as always,hehehe), Bee & I spent altogether RM100++, borong-borong DVD & CD, best best! And surprisingly, the audio & video quality is superb! Ah ah, I got to buy my TWILIGHT dvd, lalalalalala... i love u edward... =p

We went to the nite flea market at Batu Feringghi, almost similar to Petaling Street but the prices are nothing the same! Tapiiii....jangan tak tau, di tengah-tengah taman bunga tuh, ada seekor kumbang chomel yang setia jadi photographer & tukang bawak barang kitorang,,,,,13 girls and a boy...teeheeee...thank you Bee, sume orang layannn je dgn Bee ekk, zasss...! ^___^
